ABFL has filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) of the following companies with SEBI.

Distribution of Mutual Fund units

ABFL is AMFI registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 46758).  It has, as on date, instrumental in mobilizing corpus to the tune of Rs.2000 crores for various Mutual Fund schemes.
