AllBank Finance Ltd. (ABFL) is a SEBI registered Category-I Merchant Banker and a wholly owned subsidiary of Allahabad Bank.  ABFL is currently engaged in activities like handling of IPOs, Corporate Finance (Debt / Loan syndication), and Distribution of MF schemes. ABFL has currently on hand 4 to 5 IPO mandates. Company is also handling Loan Syndication for some corporates.

In view of the above, we are looking for Chartered Accountants or Company Secretaries (Final / Inter), preferably with 2-3 years experience, to assist the Division Heads of the Company. The ideal candidate should have exposure to the Capital Market/ Financial Services Industry and well versed with corporate laws and procedures. The job profile includes carrying out detailed due diligence for IPO, Corporate Appraisal for working capital requirements / project finance. The profile also includes performance evaluation and analytical study of various industry, sectors & different Mutual Fund Schemes.
