1. Deal Sourcing and Structuring (DS 01) : Persons with at least 3 years of experience in the field of Deal Sourcing and Structuring i.e. Souring IPO Mandates, active interface with the Corporates, Institutions and Banks for issuance of Bonds, Debentures and/or instruments CDs and CPs. Person we are looking for must be well versed with current market trends and must have “CAN DO” attitude.
   
   
2. Deal Execution (EX 01) : Person with net working ability and having contacts with leading Institutions, Banks, and Mutual funds. 2/3 years of experience for timely execution/financial closure is a must. Relationship with leading broking Firms, Mutual Funds will have weight age.
   
   
3. Executive/Trainees (TR 01) : ABFL is also looking for young energetic professionals for the purpose of compilation work- offer documents, analytical reports, co-ordination of meetings with Banks, Institutions and Corporates and carrying out other support functions.
